The Role
As the Operations Coordinator, you’ll provide essential support to the Manufacturing Manager by managing daily operational and administrative tasks. You’ll be the go-to person for streamlining workflows, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and supporting audits, all while helping drive continuous improvement across the site.

What You’ll Do:

Lead small-scale process improvement projects
Collaborate with WH&S and CI teams to identify and resolve inefficiencies
Manage calendars, meetings, and internal communications
Prepare documentation for audits and operational reports
Maintain accurate records and support data integrity
What You’ll Bring:

Experience in operations or administration coordination (ideally in manufacturing)
Strong organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
