Operations Assistant Buddle Findlay location Auckland.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic operations assistant to join our team in Auckland! This is a great role if you enjoy working in a busy, varied, and professional environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate would work from 8:00am to 4:30pm or 9:00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

This role offers a wide variety of responsibilities including mailroom duties, health & safety administration, archiving and records, assisting with room and furniture set up for meetings and functions.  General administration duties including photocopying, binding, deliveries, and mail distribution.

We are looking for someone who is calm under pressure, professional, friendly, well presented, and able to develop relationships with people on all levels. The ideal candidate will have a positive and willing attitude, would be happy to assist wherever needed and has the ability to lift and move heavy furniture for office moves and events.
