Operations Assistant Cavanagh and Associates Ltd location Auckland.

This newly created role of Operations Assistant has elements of everything it is busy, varied, and diverse, every day will be different. You will be assisting and supporting the close-knit, high performing teams undertaking a range of administrative functions relating to property management, accounts, front of house, and Executive Assistant functions. This role needs the assistance and support of an exceptionally well organised, highly motivated, and driven individual who possesses strong office administration skills and experience.

Exceptional presentation, professionalism, and a can-do attitude is a prerequisite. Possessing strong administration skills and experience is essential as: the ability to pre-empt the needs of others around you, maturity, good use of your initiative, nous and common sense, thinking outside the square creating innovative solutions along with being highly organised, self-managing and motivated, deadline driven, hardworking and with having a sharp eye for noting detail and perfection.
