Operations Administration Loft Foods location Auckland.

We are a small Food Manufacturer that produces a range of food products. We are looking for someone to join our Operations Administration team. This job is for 40 hours per week from Monday - Friday.

Primarily tasks will include to be the first point of contact for receipt and processing of Sales Orders and liaising with customers regarding order status. Support of internal systems related to printing and receipting of batch recipes. Support to ensure all internal reporting, planning and other schedules are adequate to fulfill customer orders. Help deal with any queries, both internal and external in respect of job numbers and any related invoicing issues.

We have an open-mind, based on previous work experience, but there is an extensive amount of work involved with computer-based systems – so sound knowledge of MS Office suite, with an emphasis on Excel will be an advantage. Most importantly the person will contribute to the existing company culture and work together with the existing team to ensure work is completed in a safe and timely manner.
