Job scope responsible for the entire freight operation both inbound and outbound. Email follow up with Internal and External customers for work related to cargo export & import. Monitor and execute pick up orders from network and sales department. Arrangement of pick up order with company Driver or authorized pick up agent. Execution of cargo HAWB and forwarding pre alerts. Maintaining the records of operation properly. Trade net customs permit declarations for cargo import & export shipments.
