Operation Executive location Eunos / Geylang / Paya Lebar, East.
5.5 days 9am-6pm / 11am- 3pm (Sat half day, Sunday off), Tai Seng, $ 2000-$2600.
Job scopes provide full Service administrative support. Work with BOE to co-ordinate service orders and parts delivery. Prepare Documentation for Returned and Received Machine. Maintain documentation and filing system. Organizing Service Parts received/Parts Returns. Arrange shipments and prepare relevant documents. Reporting on inventory turnover, Stock Accuracy. Assist in day-to-day office operations, Prepare PO. Perform ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
