About the role we are seeking an outgoing, motivated individual with a desire to challenge themselves and the ability to work autonomously. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will need to be able to manage competing priorities both internally and externally and make decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills and experience 1 – 2 years’ experience in an e-commerce or retail role, preferably fast-paced.  Administrative/operational/customer service experience (preferred). Advanced English communication skills. Ability to resolve conflict and problem solve.  Experience with Shopify, Hubspot or other CRM platforms looked upon favourably.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, competing resources, set priorities and make decisions. Effective communication and the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds. Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy. Demonstrated experience in process improvement (highly regarded). Flexible, collaborative approach to work.
