Online Customer Service Representative Smith and Caughey's location Auckland.

We are looking for an Online Customer Service representative to work in the Online Customer Service Centre located in the Queen Street store. This position is full-time, 40 hours per week, working either Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.

Our ideal candidate is someone who can ensure that our customers receive the best customer service by reacting quickly and effectively to customers to ensure that each customer interaction with Smith and Caughey's is as positive as possible.

This role will be the first line of contact with customers when they call or email for assistance. This position requires a high level of customer service present with every customer contact. The ability to handle a variety of tasks is a must, as well as is exceptional customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
