About the role an exciting opportunity has become available for the right candidate to join our Online Team at Kelvin Grove. This is a Full-Time position working 38 hours per week, Monday 7am-3:30pm, Tuesday-Friday 7am-3:00pm.

This role would suit someone with strong customer service, marketing background & understanding of branding, communication, content and social media marketing.

Tasks & responsibilities fulfilling online orders including picking and packing in the warehouse. Inbound and Outbound Customer Calls on Retail Sales and Support Enquiries. Support walk-in customers for any in-store sales and/or support enquiries.

Help Customers to follow up on tracking their order deliveries and deal with general Customer Email enquiries. Basic maintenance of the website (WordPress and WooCommerce) and updating the backend products, collections & tags.

Support other administrative tasks with order fulfilment and finance reconciliation. Coordinating with various internal teams and managing warehouse employees to ensure orders are dispatched in a timely fashion. Follow policies and procedures as well as establish new ones when necessary.

To be successful in this role you will be able to work independently and in a small collaborative team environment. Have a keen eye for detail and maintain a high standard of presentation. Be able to work under pressure without compromising on work quality. Be highly organised and focused.

Required skills a high level of competence with Microsoft Excel. Show strong attention to detail and a creative mind for fresh ideas. Have strong autonomous working skills, and the ability to work with a small team.

Be proactive with the ability to multitask. (Optional) Experience with WooCommerce, WordPress, Photoshop, Sympac, eBay, Stripe, PayPal and AfterPay.

The successful candidate possess a degree in Marketing or have at least 3 to 4 years of relevant work experience in retail and/or customer service. You will be required to be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
