Bing Lee is one of the largest independent and family owned electrical retail business in Australia with 38 stores across the Greater Sydney Region, South & Central Coasts, Hunter, Mid North Coast, Canberra and Wodonga.
We are seeking a Online Customer Care Officer to join our online team. The Online Customer Solutions Officer is responsible for responding to inbound website-based consumer issues and finding a suitable resolution. They will ensure that the process is transparent, informative and thorough whilst complying fully with relevant policies and legislation such as ACL (Australian Consumer Law).
The successful candidate should possess experience with conflict resolution, managing challenging interactions and customer expectations, self-managed and ability to work in a fast-moving, cooperative team environment, positive attitude, solutions-based mindset, industry experience ( desirable), intermediate google sheets and computer skills, desire to learn new skills, coupled with previous hands-on experience, the successful candidate should also.
Manage customer solutions in accordance with the company policy. To be the first point of contact for all website-based customer related issues. Liaise with customers in a sensitive and appreciative manner. Action customer issues in a timely manner. Provide trends and outcomes to the Head of Online Sales & Service so service levels can be improved. Esure all Bing Lee policies and procedures relating to customer issues are followed and are adhered to and documented.
Function as overflow handler of store-based queries. Regularly present a summary of issues/ opportunities to the call center team at meetings. Managing & Answering Social media posts across all platforms. Available for weekend work.
