We're looking for an Office Team Leader to lead the support / administration function in our busy team. You'll enjoy a varied and fast-paced environment, working closely with other managers and team members, and continuously improving our processes.
You will report to the Managing Director and this role is approximately 20-30 hours per week with total days/hours worked being negotiable. You can work from home occasionally if necessary but the job is in the office with the team.
Your job the following covers the key tasks that you will distribute between yourself and your Administration & Sales Support team member, who currently works 30 hours per week. With such a varied task list, we understand you may not be experienced in all areas. Lead the Administrator & Sales Support team member and the cleaner.
Manage the monthly financials including invoicing, accounts payable, debt collection and checks that hardware and software purchases are invoiced to clients.
Coordinate our HR and Health & Safety processes including recruitment advertising, screening calls, interviews, candidate communication, storage of personnel files, and overseeing the onboarding, induction and offboarding process, payroll,
HR documentation such as the employee handbook, health and safety policy, risk register and committee meetings, and coordinate staff meetings, the social committee, and events.
Work with the team to provide fantastic client experience. Receive and distribute incoming Infrastructure work. Complete the Infrastructure quality control process in conjunction with the Technical Manager. Update our client management system and pricing as required. Send newsletters to all clients as required. Assist the onboarding and offboarding processes for clients. Manage the stock process.
Oversee the annual Carbonzero certification process and environmental initiatives for the company. Help to continuously improve company policies, procedures & documentation. General administrative duties, projects and other tasks as required.

Technical you'll have previous experience with accounts, HR, leadership and admin. You will have good computer skills and be good with numbers. You'll be fanatical about ensuring clients receive world class service, which will mean you'll be a solid communicator who can develop strong relationships. But mostly you'll be someone who enjoys and contributes to great team spirit.
