We are looking for a capable Office Support Person to undertake a variety of tasks to support our Branches and Management at our Highbrook office.  This person should be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.

Reporting to the Finance Accountant, you’ll be responsible for create and update various daily reports ensuring accuracy and validity of information using Excel. Bank reconciliations. Cash allocation, refunds and transfers to debtor’s accounts - Data entry.

Perform receptionist duties when needed, DX mail, couriers. Looking after our stationery, kitchen and first aid orders. Cover other finance team members duties when on leave. You’ll be motivated with a can-do attitude and able to undertake a variety of office support tasks.

Ideally have intermediate excel skills and some accounting knowledge. Organised and have a methodical approach to work. Excellent communication Skills. Reliable and ability to work 40 hours per week. Proven ability to work as a flexible member of the Finance team.
