Office Support A Space Between location Anson. Compensation $100 Daily.

A Space Between provides flexible co-working office spaces for rent to therapists and other professionals in Singapore. Our therapy co-practice space is the first of its kind in Singapore, and meets a critical need for office space for mental health providers that traditional co-working spaces can’t provide.

We are looking for an Office Support who will help create an efficiently run office space, and support the creation of a safe and relaxing environment for all our members and their clients. As an Office Support, you’ll assist the Community Manager in delivering high quality service with the following responsibility:

Manage light reception duties including phone calls, responding to emails, courier services, room bookings, managing remote door access. Ensure that our facility is clean, well maintained and in pristine condition.

Purchase necessary office and pantry supplies. Coordinate with contractors for maintenance or necessary repairs. Assist in the set-up of events held at our space. Provide general support to the team. Working hours: 10am - 6pm (or when you've completed your daily tasks); Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, excluding public holidays.

Requirement preferably a Diploma in any discipline or at least 1 year of work experience as long as you are good with administrative tasks, meticulous and works well with people. Retirees or people who can commit to working 3 days a week are welcome. Must be able to work independently and be an excellent team player.
