Office or Accounts Administrator Securi-Com Ltd location Auckland. $50,000 - $59,999.

We are seeking a experienced Office/Accounts Administrator to join our busy team at our Security company based in Pukekohe.

The skills and experience required for this role include strong understanding of accounting and transaction processes. Invoicing and management of Accounts Payable & Receivable. Processing payments using online banking, Bank Reconciliations, Credit Control, PAYE & GST returns, Preparation of monthly financial and management accounts.

Balance sheet reconciliations, Profitability analysis, End of month Financial reports, Petty cash, Assist and support department Managers with day to day administration. Assist in projects as and when possible.

General office admin duties time Management and communication. Preferably, Knowledge & Experienced with Infusion & IMS Payroll. Good Knowledge if MS office ( Word, Excel etc. ) Be a team player who can work autonomously. Be Honest, Trustworthy, Reliable, efficient and have a sense of humour. Effective communication skills oral and written. Ability to prioritise a multitude of tasks and pick up or learn systems.

Assertive personality with a “can do” attitude and the ability to jump straight into a task without minimal supervision. Responsible “Hands on” person who makes sure that everything get done in a timely manner. Ensure the office operates smoothly, effectively and efficiently. Be Self-motivated and self-managing.  Previous experience of operating a sole office role.
