What you’ll be doing:

Manage reception and front‑of‑house operations, ensuring a warm, professional experience for all visitors and staff

Oversee daily office operations including supplies, kitchen upkeep, meeting rooms, and workplace presentation

Coordinate facilities management activities such as maintenance requests, building services, security access, and workspace changes

Lead emergency preparedness activities including floor warden duties, evacuation procedures, and safety checks

Manage vendor relationships, consumables purchasing, and cost‑effective procurement

Process invoices, reconcile expenses, and support budget tracking for office events.

Support onboarding and offboarding logistics in partnership with People & Culture

Provide first‑line IT/AV support for meeting rooms, equipment readiness, and basic troubleshooting

Assist with planning and delivering onsite events and support in external venue finding if needed.

Act as a workplace ambassador, promoting positive culture, office etiquette, and an excellent employee experience

About you:

4+ years’ experience in office management, reception, facilities, or workplace operations

Strong communication, interpersonal, and professional front‑of‑house skills

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

Confident managing vendors, budgets, and workplace processes

Proactive, solutions‑focused, and calm under pressure

Strong problem‑solving mindset with a continuous improvement approach

Trustworthy, discreet, and dependable with a strong sense of ownership

Experience with AV/meeting room technology or MS Teams Rooms (desirable)

Experience in safety coordination or floor warden duties (advantageous)
