Office Manager RWC Auckland location Auckland. $55,000 – $75,000 per year.

In this role, you will work closely with our Directors and take responsibility for the smooth functioning of all the behind-the-scenes operations of this exciting, award-winning Real Estate office. We are looking for an individual who takes initiative, is proactive and is a fantastic multitasker. You will be able to work autonomously and as part of a team. Ideally, we would like someone with real estate office experience; however, we strongly encourage anybody with the appropriate skills and experience in a similar environment to apply.

Your duties will include supporting and assisting the Directors in the smooth running of all areas of the business. Developing, motivating and driving all teams and the business as a whole toward the vision of continued growth and contributing toward a supportive environment in which the team can flourish.

Developing and maintaining office policy and procedures. Liaising and interfacing with business Virtual Assistants and Concierge services. Develop and integrate new initiatives into the business. Lead the business and team in a positive and productive manner.

Being the key point of contact for all sales team members requiring support, along with being the point of resolution for any clients or suppliers requiring assistance (with the support of Directors). Handle general administrative duties, including managing office correspondence, emails, and phone calls. Organise and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the office.

Maintain accurate records. Drafting SPAs and contract administration. On-boarding new team members. Managing office compliance AML/CFT, systems management, data management. Preparing pitch documentation, IMs, budgets and marketing collateral. Preparing reports for the Directors and sales team. Taking key ownership of internal processes, team KPl's, work allocation, regular reporting and analytics, and team training coordination. Social media management.

To succeed in this role, you'll have at least 2+ years of previous experience as an Office Manager or similar. Previous real estate experience is a distinct advantage. Strong leadership skills. A 'can do' attitude and responsive. Initiative and desire to improve process.

Competency with a range of software including but not limited to - Microsoft Office suite and Google suite of products. Sound technical skills. Excellent communication skills. Excellent organisational skills. Excellent time management skills. The ability to prioritise. Attention to detail and accuracy; and the ability to build, maintain and participate in a fun, positive and high-performance team culture.
