Office Manager Super Cheap Tyres location Auckland. $30 – $32 per hour.

We are seeking (1) office manager to join our team at 3 in 1 Tyres limited t/a Super Cheap Tyres Manukau workshop. About the role 1 Full-time permanent position with a minimum of 30 hours per week and a maximum of 45 hours per week. Salary between $30-$32 per hour depending on experience. The requirements for this job are as follows.

To do attitude ability to do multiple tasks and prioritising workload. Ability to work independently

Duties include contributing to the planning and review of office services, and setting priorities and office service standards. Allocating human resources, space and equipment. Dealing with customers and attending to their requirements. Assigning work to and monitoring work performance of staff. Managing records and accounts of the office.

Maintaining the record of all vehicles for services rendered like servicing, insurance, registration etc. Liaising with Professionals to coordinate office business and to facilitate resolution of problems. Ensuring office equipment and supplies are maintained.

Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Ensuring work complies with relevant government legislation, policies and procedures. Coordinating personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training and supervision. Keeping record of office expenses. Dealing with banks, insurance or other related third parties.
