Office Manager Creative Mortgages Limited location Auckland. Salary $50,000 - $54,999.

We are a strong team of professionals, helping our clients to achieve their financial and lifestyle goals. The founder of Creative Mortgages Limited, Gopal has been in the financial industry for the past 20 years or so. A veteran in Financial Services industry is looking to employ an Office Manager for the group. The new person is expected to be trained for a period of 4 weeks.

The role focuses on implementing new and efficient processes for all our advisers. The current Office Manager has started with a new compliant project , which will be challenging and thus making him fully occupied. We are looking for customer focused solutions to be delivered to our clients and you will be involved in maintaining a highly effective office environment and helping the advisers with respect to drafting various reports with an aim to enhance company's brand and supporting future growth.

To be considered for this role, you must have solid organisational skills to coordinate internal/ external resources (lender, real estate agents, insurance companies, valuers organising meetings and lender sessions etc). This role requires results focused team player that can take owner ship of a wide range of initiatives including planning, reporting, organising and document control. You will be required to ensure consistent running of office systems, internal communication with staff, responsible for staff reviews etc. You should also monitor work performance and ensuring compliance with lending policies and bank requirements, with a particular focus on new legislation regime in financial industry starting from March 2021.

About you to be successful in this role, you will have a combination of these skills experience or demonstrated knowledge or understanding of mortgage/ lending or insurance, experience gained within a banking environment is preferred, overseas experience will be considered. A Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Business is mandatory. Experience working within a busy environment with an ability to prioritise and multi-task and be able to constant follow ups and meeting deadlines.

Great attention to detail and good capacity analysis. Strong communication skills, with the right balance of authority and friendliness to be effective. Solid organisation skills to coordinate internal/ external resources. Strong systems use - MS Office, able to adapt new CRM systems like (Adviser/ Trial CRM). Proven ability to network effectively and maintain good relationships.
