Office Manager location Orchard / River Valley, Central.
Preparation of monthly management accounts. Managing the accounting and HR. Bank reconciliation, controlling cash flow and managing payments. preparing letters, presentations and reports. supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff. record office expenditure and manage the budget. liaising with staff, suppliers and clients. implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
Delegating tasks to junior employees. Organising induction programmes for new employees. Ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date. Using a range of software packages. Attending meetings with senior management. Assisting the organisation's HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, arranging interviews and so on. Ad hoc reporting and analysis.
Required qualifications Bachelor degree in relevant major. 10-15years experience in office management. Sets goals and puts forth the effort required to achieve them. Works cooperatively with coworkers and treats them with respect. Fluency in English is essential. Additional language skills would be advantageous. Prefer Singapore PR and Singaporean.
