Office Manager Bodycare Workplace Solutions location Auckland. $58,000 – $69,999 per year.

The role of the Office Manager is to provide high level operational and administrative support in the delivery of services to the Bodycare team. The role is an integral part of the Operational Team and reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Your role will include creating and implementing office policies and procedures. Maintaining inventory and equipment registers. Supporting the leadership and clinical team. Compiling client reports. Maintaining and updating client agreements and SLAs. Petty cash management and reconciliation. Creating and implementing a scheduling system. Training new clients and team members. Making assessment bookings with our partners.

To be successful in this role you will have 5 years of administration experience. Experience working with large clients. Demonstrable experience running and developing training programs. Experience with stock and inventory management. A great teammate with strong work ethic. A person that shares and embodies our Values of integrity, communication, proactivity and innovation.

Scheduling skills and experience excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work. Very strong attention to detail. Great communication skills both written and verbal. Office Manager and client relationship experience preferred.
