Description
We have an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Services Coordinator! Do you possess roughly 3 years of residential property administration or management experience? Our firm located within the Docklands area, is looking to add a Property Services Coordinator to our team! The Property Services Coordinator will work closely with the Property Manager to deliver high quality service to all clients and tenants.
How you will make an impact:
– Assist in a broad range of administrative support for commercial property managers
– Administer parking requirements
– Contribute to preparation of budgets, financial documents and other reports
– Document and prepare reports on incidents involving injuries or property damage
– Monitor and process work orders and invoices
– Organize maintenance and property repairs
– Oversee technician/maintenance schedules and HR related requests (e.g., vacation requests)
– Conduct thorough building inspections
Requirements:
– Post Secondary Degree/Diploma
– 3 years of residential property administration/management experience or related
– Prior experience with vendor management
– Ability to reach out to contractors and Vendors
– Demonstrated customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation skills
– Proven interpersonal skills and computer competencies are necessary
