Office Coordinator Cultivate location Auckland. $65,000 - $75,000 + great benefits.
As their Client experience coordinator – you will be the first point of contact for both your friendly and vibrant work colleagues (approx. 150 in the office), as well as the clients who pop in to see them. You will also welcome clients and offer them refreshments.
Coordinate the meeting rooms and order catering when required. Ensure the shared office areas are immaculate and well stocked. Help with events or projects – from staff events to assisting new starters. Manage the office – in terms of facilities, ordering supplies and general administrative tasks.
You know you’re right for this role if you love helping people! Maybe you’ve been a receptionist, worked in hospitality or office administration where you enjoy dealing with everyone in the business and not being ‘chained to the desk’. Love delivering an exceptional client experience – again genuinely wanting to help.
Pretty organised – You’re on top of meeting room bookings, can problem solve time clashes and communicate clearly with all your work colleagues. Enjoy working in a professional corporate office. All clear with the credit and MOJ check (as they work in finance ).
