Office Coordinator Ministry of Defence location Wellington.

The Ministry of Defence, Manatu Kaupapa Waonga, is looking for an Office Coordinator to join our Governance, People and Executive Services Division and help them deliver support to Ministry staff. Reporting to the Office Manager you'll be responsible for a range of tasks and assisting staff across the Ministry.

We are looking for an Office Coordinator that has proven experience in an administrative or customer service related role. An ability to pick up new software quickly. Enthusiasm, flexibility, and strong self-motivation. An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Microsoft Teams. An ability to work in a team and under pressure. Excellent communication and relationship management skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
