About the company mars Cap is a financial services company whose primary focus is on managing investments for clients. Having been providing financial services and products to clients over 10 years under different brand names in other regions, such as Australia, Japan and Hong Kong, we have moved into New Zealand and started to establish our presence here at Auckland CBD few years ago.
About the role we have a new position available for a full-time Office Assistant to join our team, who will look after the office in general and be willing to assist a small team. We expect the person to be reliable and patient with a positive attitude, and to be able to multitask.
Who we are looking for ideally, you will have at least 1–2 years' experience in a similar position. You are expected to have a good knowledge of Microsoft (Words and Excel) and basic knowledge of accounting entries. Fluent in English and Mandarin with good communication skills. NZ Resident or citizen only.
Responsibilities undertaking general office support tasks including filing purchase of office supplies and staff amenities. Answering the phone calls. Liaising with service providers, e.g., internet and telephone. Supporting directors and other senior staff with their daily tasks when needed. Preparing payments for approval and Liaising with banks for banking activities. Other ad-hoc tasks.
