Aofangce.com is a real estate media and wealth education company focusing on the Mandarin-speaking market. We are looking to hire an office all-rounder who fits in a company in the media and property sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks professionally and on time. This position reports directly to the CEO.
Responsibilities answer phones and direct calls with a positive attitude and an energetic work ethic. Reaching out by phone or email to schedule meetings. Provide office guests with a hospitable experience. Assist in handling office requests for dial-ins, conference rooms, travel requests, event organising, data entry, etc. Manage a range of media platforms and make sure they are up to date.
Qualifications proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Google Suite (Gmail, Google Slides, Sheets, Forms, Docs, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English. Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work.
Language native or close to native Mandarin speaking and writing ability. Professional English speaking and writing ability.
