The role we are looking for an enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our small team based in Sydney and help us with all of our office problems. You will be working closely with our CEO, CFO and Head of Marketing to ensure that our office runs smoothly, and that the team is supported. Essentially, you will be our office fixer.

As part of this role, you will provide the marketing team with support on a range of activities and initiatives. You will also be a key member of the Wellbeing Committee and will provide critical administrative support in the implementation of wellbeing initiatives.

The day-to-day administer the well-being program and organise our initiatives. Organise and facilitate events including team lunches, birthdays and annual celebrations. Support the on-boarding experience for new employees. Support and organise new initiatives and projects. Maintain meeting rooms, kitchen and office supplies.

Ensure the completeness and quality of data in the marketing database. Prepare research on target companies and people to support business development marketing. Provide customer account management support. Support investor relations activities. Provide general administrative support to the CEO, CFO and the team.

You will have intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, computer and systems skills. 6 months + prior experience in an administration role. Knowledge of marketing and event coordination. A passion for service excellence, Great communication skills, Proactive team attitude, Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done. Great prioritisation skills – with a focus on making the most important thing the most important thing. Open, honest and transparent approach to work. Bonus studying towards a Marketing or Business degree.
