Office Assistant Private Advertiser location Manawatu.
The responsibilities & skills of the successful applicant will include but not be limited to communicating, negotiating & continually building relationships with clients and suppliers. Assisting the Manager with downloading tender documents and proof reading of documents. Receiving of phone calls or service requests and passing on details to Manager. Providing Customer service. Providing “follow up calls”.
Excellent time management skills. Excellent Interpersonal skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, and Experience with accounting packages would be an advantage. Maintaining debtor database. Ordering and issuing of uniform and stationery. Polite & good phone manner. Excellent verbal and written skills. General office duties as directed by your Manager. Having worked on the Powerco system would be an advantage (not essential).
The Successful applicant will posse a high level of interpersonal skills, attention to detail and excellent computer skills. Hours of work Mon, wed & Fri 8.30am-2.30pm-Tue & Thu 8.00am-4.30pm.
