Office and Accounts Manager Taylored Support Coordination location Sydney. $30 – $35 per hour.

Taylored Support Coordination is a growing NDIS provider in Penrith, providing assistance to participants with mental health and disabilities by enhancing their capabilities and improving their quality of life. This position will initially be part-time, starting with 3 days per week – Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday - 8.30 am to 5 pm (negotiable) - with the potential to grow into a full-time role. Your primary responsibility will be to support our CEO in managing the company's daily operations, office, and accounts department, while also providing support to our administration team as required.

Office Management general office & facilities management, as well as office administrative support. Liaising with the external HR team. Developing processes and procedures to improve operations and efficiencies. Various administrative duties relating to the day-to-day operations of the organization. Provide assistance to the CEO, including diary and email management, travel coordination and bookings, client liaison and internal/external stakeholder management. Supporting CEO with any tasks & duties as needed.

Accounts management managing and reconciling bank accounts and cash flows. Accounts payable & receivable – weekly. Processing staff payroll – fortnightly. Liaising with an external accountant.

We are keen to hear from you if you possess the following strong general administration experience – at least 2-3 years. Experience with accounting software – XERO. Solid accounting knowledge – be able to manage the weekly processing of accounts payable & receivable, periodic reconciling of bank accounts & cash-flow.

Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, set priorities, and meet deadlines, accompanied by an ability to handle several tasks concurrently with minimum supervision. Attention to detail and ability to think intuitively. Basic knowledge/understanding of the NDIS – desirable.
