The role the ideal candidate will be able to juggle the challenge of ensuring that our facility suppliers are delivering great service, keep our 90-seat call centre functioning effectively while providing administration support throughout the business. Liaising extensively with internal and external stakeholders, this position offers a busy and fast paced role.

Reporting to the Human Resources & Business Services Manager, your responsibilities will include managing the daily running of the office. Open and sort mail and distribute to addressee. Assist with Data Entry. Maintaining the Canteen gift line. Greeting and signing visitors into the building. Events management support. Facilities management – Ensure all facilities and equipment are in working order.

General reception/administration tasks. Travel Booking Management for all travelers in the business. Managing the Mail and SMS Fulfilment process. Managing the Variable Dial Display process which involves strict adherence and attention to detail. Stationary – ordering of office supplies and consumables and ensuring stationary shelf is stocked up daily.

Building Security processes and all system maintenance. Key contacts for accounts in and out of Brisbane office. Kitchen duties – Ensuring consumables are stocked up. Managing the Canteen banking process - Data Entry. Call Centre Reporting. Other general Administration tasks. This high traffic environment requires an attentive and personable individual who can communicate on a variety of levels with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will need to have at least 1 year experience of facilities management and administration experience, ideally gained in a similar sized office environment. You will be highly motivated, an excellent organizer, have strong attention to detail. You will also be comfortable with challenging and changing existing practices to drive improvement. You will need to be able to prioritise your work and take responsibility for working discretely with sensitive information when supporting the Senior Management Team.
