Stonewood Homes Hawke’s Bay is currently looking for an Office Assistant, who’s passionate about the building industry, and wants to work with one of the most respected building companies in New Zealand. Stonewood Homes is known for its quality and amazing house designs, and is currently experiencing a period of good growth and increased demand – which is leading us to expand our team. We need a person who - as the “face of the Company” - is professional courteous and willing to go above and beyond their duties to ensure our clients get the best possible experience when building their dream home.

Your key responsibilities will include reception duties- answering phones and greeting all visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Client liaison involving processing and maintenance of records and client enquiries during the construction process. You will be their main point of contact throughout the build.

Assisting the Project Manager with administrative tasks involving the consents process, ordering of materials and scheduling of sub-contractors where required. Liaising with Suppliers and their sales/staff representatives, to ensure that the construction process goes smoothly and kept up to date. General office administration duties.
