Spoil Me is seeking a bright, motivated, hardworking individual to join the Spoil Me team at our headquarters in Auckland’s North Shore. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and a commitment to customer service as it relates to office administration.

As part of the Spoil Me team you are expected to understand aspects of productions; adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards. The role also includes assistance with inwards and outwards goods including stocking shelves in peak periods.

Qualifications and experience customer Service Focused. Great Communicator. Prior Experience in an Office Admin or Sales Support Role. Attention to Detail. Reliable. Tasks & responsibilities engaging with customers daily via emails, phone calls & Social Media.

Managing Sales Queries - Emails/Social Media. Data Entry - Systems Used Office Suite (Excel), Xero, Ecommerce Sales Site. Preparing Quotations, Invoices/Orders. Compiling Corporate Client folders. Providing after sales support to customers. Basic Accounts Payable. Basic Accounts Receivable.

General ensure that a clean and organized work area is maintained. Perform other related warehouse duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment. Foster an environment where change is embraced and ideas are respected, supported, tested and implemented (if deemed appropriate). Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards.
