Office Administrator Clayton & Shuttleworth location Melbourne. $70,000 - $74,999.

$75k + super, 6 month contract, temp to perm, 9am to 5pm, thomastown, professional presentation, friendly working environment, pronto software, accounts payable & receivable, strong interpersonal & communication skills, accuracy & attention to detail a great opportunity to provide general office assistance in a very friendly warm office environment.

Our client is a well known and respected Food Manufacturer, a market leader who has provided a healthy range of Dairy Products to Australian consumers for many years. Located in the Northern Suburbs they require an experienced Office Administrator with excellent organisational capabilities and a calm, self motivated, positive and enthusiastic approach.

You will have a strong working knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications and be prepared to learn or bring your Pronto application skills to this role. Your interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with a range of people will assist in the areas of Acounts Payable and Receivable, preparing specific monthly journals, processing orders and some customer service duties..

You will also be required for reception duties from time to time. Your previous experience in the areas mentioned above coupled with the ability to manage a busy workload will have you well prepared for this interesting and fulfilling role where you can make a difference.
