Office Administrator Esprit Network Pty Ltd location Sydney.
We are a growing Security Systems supplier and installer. Based in Seven Hills, NSW. We are seeking a motivated individual to work with us 4 days a week, Part-time as an Permanent Office Administrator/ Servicing. Days required are: Tuesday to Friday - 9am-5pm. 3 months Probation Period will apply. There may be possibility for 5 days in future depending on company growth. Start Date: August 2022. Rate: Hourly – based on experience.
Responsibilities include booking Servicing appointments & Invoicing. Organising and arranging security tag orders for postage. Answering phone, replying to emails. Invoicing and database maintenance. Coordinating / scheduling technicians jobs. Other duties as directed. Applicants with Experience with Outlook, Xero, Click Up and Allocating jobs are encouraged to apply.
