Office Administrator AAMG location Brisbane.

Autonomy & Asset Management Group is currently on the search for an Office all-rounder, to join our Dynamic Brisbane Team, based in Hendra. The position of Office Administrator is a progressive role. Ideally, the right candidate would pride themselves on having a "Can Do" attitude, and having the willingness to learn.

About the role our Office Administrator will support all three business functions - Assets / Tech / Labour. General office duties including arranging catering, managing boardroom/meeting room bookings, organising office maintenance. Assisting with administrative duties including formatting documents, diary management, travel and accommodation bookings, printing, photo-copying, scanning and electronically filing documents. Assisting Finance team, with payroll and timesheet assistance, account processing (as required). Assist with onboarding, rostering & employee compliance requirements.

Key Skills and experience 3+ years experience in a similar role professional and courteous phone manner. A willingness to learn, show initiative and have an aptitude to readily grasp information and adapt to new systems and processes. A "can do" attitude to take on the many responsibilities of the role and to deal with any curve balls that come your way. Intermediate to advanced skill in Microsoft Office suite. A keen eye for detail and a proven ability to multi-task in a highly organised and well time- managed fashion. A mature outlook and confident and calm manner.
