Office Administrator Loveridge Builders Ltd location Auckland. $60,000 - $64,999.
Office administrator had it with sitting in traffic every day? We’re looking for a local admin whizz to support us in the office, based in Drury, and on-site in and around South Auckland. Someone who will slide into our team and step up to take some of the load.
About loveridge we are a family-owned building company with 40 team members and growing. Owned by Mike and Adele Loveridge, the business has grown to be a prominent business in the Auckland region, renowned for our eye for detail and ability to produce cracking developments from the ground up.
The job we need someone who is confident enough to get in there and make it happen as we grow this role. You must have a good eye for detail, a good ear for listening and a sense of humour. The role will be 35- 40 hours a week, 9.00am - 5.00 pm – Monday to Friday. Ideally you’d have knowledge of construction and working with people but try us.
Responsibilities chasing paperwork - and builders. We need an admin expert who can do filing, ordering supplies, maintaining printers, assisting with accounts, Master Builder applications, CCC Paperwork and warranties for each site, taking notes, site handover, final walkthrough, organising cleaning and touch ups. Also we’ll get you to stay on top of Health and Safety (experience of this is good) and vehicle regos.
Here you go we’ll get you to do claims for all sites which involves input into Excel spreadsheets as every item is individualised. So you’ll need to be good at Excel and precise. Every new contractor needs to provide paperwork – this is ongoing as you are constantly chasing and updating expired insurance certs and H&S Policies. Again Excel spreadsheets.
Inventory control essentially the shopping - Updating and adding and removing tools as they come and go. Sometimes it’s good to look for pricing as well. Tools also like to go walkabouts, you’ll keep an eye on this so nothing leaves the yard without this person knowing.
Accounts invoicing in and out, along with reconciling payments, payroll, GST and PAYE. Salary $60,000 - $65,000 depending on your experience and skillsets.
