Office Administrator Pure Services Limited location Auckland.

The organization Pure Services Ltd is one of New Zealand`s leading Pest Control and Maintenance Companies offering a range of specialist services to customers in both the residential and commercial sector.

There are various divisions within the business for which you will be providing administrative support External Maintenance, Vehicle Detailing, Pest Control, Mould Remediation, Sanitisation.

The role we are looking for a superstar who can provide an excellent client focused service and has experience with word processing, data entry and establishing and maintaining computer record systems as well as undertaking general administrative tasks for the group.

You will be the “go to” person for a myriad of internal and external customers which will involve you liaising with Pure Services / ASG technicians to a range of external specialists such as general customers, suppliers, loss adjusters, insurance assessors, property managers and of course the end user; the client themselves.

You will be a naturally process driven person with exceptional attention to detail and a calm unflappable attitude to your work. You will be sharp, focused and have zero tolerance for mistakes or inaccuracies and command a high level of respect from your colleagues and clients whilst still retaining a friendly and warm communication style.

You will have excellent computer skills and must be very proficient in Word and Excel, have fast and accurate keyboard skills and a naturally numerical mind. Over and above the general administrative office duties you may be required to undertake general banking tasks as well as assisting other departments to cover leave and absence periods. This is a permanent full time role with a rostered Saturday morning.

Person specification previous experience in an administration role. Experience in scheduling in work for technicians. Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft skills and excellent keyboard skills. Awareness of a high standard of customer service. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across a variety of audiences.

Able to up sell our services over the phone. Demonstrable strong attention to detail. Ability and willingness to develop effective relationships with colleagues to facilitate high service levels across the organisation. Excellent multi-tasking, time management and organisational skills. Demonstrable understanding of confidentiality, policies and regulations. Ability to work with a reactive service. Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
