Office Administrator Semtex location Manawatu. $60,000 – $70,000 per year.

The role as a key member of the Semtex team you will be a customer service champion. With a good balance between administration and service support tasks this role will keep you busy and no two days will be the same. Your positivity, eye for detail and great initiative will be utilised in ensuring our clients are kept informed through every part of their job and the office runs smoothly.
Some of your responsibilities will include handling incoming service request. Scheduling quotes and jobs alongside the Project Mangers in our job management software. Liaising with clients, staff and suppliers. Providing administrative support to our management team. Arranging job inspections and ordering materials. Fleet management. Uniform and PPE stock management. General Office duties.
Skills and experience experience in an office environment. Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. Be competent in MS Office. Ex plumbing or trade admin experience is an advantage. Excellent time management & organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task.
Warm, friendly personality. Ability to work well within a team environment and on their own. Be flexible, willing to help the team where necessary and open to change. Have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. A clean NZ drivers licence.
Hours of work are full time Monday to Friday with a 7.30am start, there could be some flexibility in the finish time for the right candidate.
