Office Administrator Mars Recruitment location Sydney. $32.00 – $35.00 per hour.

We have an opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our client, a professional investment company in Sydney's CBD, which have stunning new offices overlooking the harbor. This is a full-time position for 5 weeks starting ASAP.

This role requires you to be in the office 5 days a week, you will join a stable, welcoming, and supportive team who are hardworking, professional, and light-hearted! This is a small office where everyone gets along well.

You will need excellent attention to detail, be comfortable using office Software, and can use your own initiative to ensure the office runs smoothly. This is a corporate environment and we are looking for someone who has strong customer service skills, is polite, well manned, and presents well.

Main duties front of House duties, welcoming guest, students and staff. Supplier management, purchasing equipment, Internal IT support. Working closely with different departments to ensure the office runs smoothly. Monitoring and ordering stationery & kitchen supplies.

Ordering and maintaining furniture & office equipment. Asset & key register. Liaise with IT Support Supplier to resolve IT issues. New starter setup and on-boarding support. Office systems and procedures. Team support and administration. Document formatting and template updates. Client organisation chart updates. Calendar management for the team and management. Travel arrangements.

Back up Reception duties receiving, sorting and actioning mail. Contractor man Liaisent. Liase with students on car park spaces. Assisting the Director of Operations with administration tasks when needed, assisting the accounting team with invoices

Key requirements 3 years of experience in a similar role strong communication skills. Excellent organisation skills. Can do attitude. Enjoys being the go to person in the company.
