Office Administrator The Auckland Landscape CO location Auckland. $28 – $32 per hour.

We currently have an opportunity for a driven and organised office manager to join our growing team. The role is currently evolving and we are looking for someone ready to grow with the business. Once onboarding is complete this is a work-from-home role with weekly meetings in Papakura.

Responsibilities reconciling work logs and timesheets through Fergus job management software. Tracking timelines and materials on projects. Prequalifying and tracking incoming client inquiries. Reconciling team timesheets for weekly pay run and payroll through Xero and Fergus. Profit reports on projects. Scheduling jobs based on estimates.

Reconciliation in Xero. Assisting the implementation of new systems to streamline the business. Invoicing. In charge of fleet management and tracking fuel card usage. Accounts payable and receivable.

The role is currently 15 hours working from home and we are projecting the role/hours will significantly increase over the next 3 years. See our 2026 vision statement video to see the direction we are taking the business.

Our ideal candidate will have administration experience. Experience with Job management software. Fergus and Xero is preferred. Excellent communication and customer service. A great attitude and fit for the culture of the business is a must.
