As our new Admin superstar, you'll be the person on our team prepareing invoices and statements. Follow up and reconcile customer payments. Customer service in answering the phone and helping our customers out.
Have prior experience with ABM or similar accounting system, ready to hit the ground running and keep the business side running. Possess fantastic people skills and be well-versed in the usual suspects, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Your compensation will generously reflect the talents you bring to the table.
