Office Administrator Storage Box location Auckland.

We are a Retail chain with 15 Owner Operated stores nationwide. We have a full-time position available for an Office Administrator in our Support Office based in Botany, Auckland. The position is Monday to Friday and reports to the General Manager. The position is providing ongoing support to our store owners so excellent communication skills are required. We are looking for someone with a great work ethic and ability to fit in well with our existing team.

Responsibilities database management, Processing Orders, Debtors & Creditors, Invoicing, Reconciliation, General Administration, Store enquiries.

Skills experience attention for detail. Able to work under pressure. Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel. Experience with Zero and Propella preferred.

Attributes positive attitude, Self motivated, Able to work in a small team environment. Able to work with all type of personalities.
