Office Administrator Latitude Homes Northland location Northland.

Latitude Homes Northland is seeking an Office Administrator. Due to our increasing work schedule, we are seeking an Office & Admin star to join our wonderful friendly team based in Northland Whangarei. The role will provide general assistance to the construction team.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to data entry in MYOB. Managing client and supplier invoice entry in MYOB. Preparation of construction contracts in liaison with the sales person. MB Guarantee and insurance applications. Update timelines – adjust dates where required, update clients and trades.

Sales reporting, Assisting with purchase orders. Collecting documentation for council sign off. Preparing COC and warranty documentation for construction team. Assist with obtaining subcontractor / supplier quotes. Using Excel to update pricing of plans, brochures and all systems. Answering incoming calls, other queries as required and general receptionist duties.

Your personal attributes should include experience in in the construction industry would be an advantage. Energized self-starter. Good time management skills. Excellent understanding of Microsoft office products including Excel and Word and a good working knowledge of MYOB. Excellent communication skills – including written and oral. Have well developed interpersonal skills. Ability to be flexible, prioritize and work in an organized and effective manner. To work well within a team environment.
