About Alliance Project Services Established in 2006, we are a boutique design and construction company building exciting, high-end projects across Sydney. We have a close-knit, supportive, high-performing team who are based on site or in the office. At APS, we are exceptionally passionate about what we do and pride ourselves on meticulous attention to detail and honed craftsmanship. You will work in a brand new office space with on-site parking, opposite Westfield Eastgardens.

What you'll do you will be a positive and supportive resource for the team by providing administrative assistance for projects while also being accountable for the smooth running of the office. Financial administration –administer the accounts by accurately processing payments, payroll, reconciling accounts, managing invoices, producing regular reporting and meeting all deadlines.

Procurement management –work with the project team to execute the procurement schedule including sourcing, pricing, delivery and payment of goods. General office administration - organising meetings, answering phones, investigating IT solutions, restocking, supporting the Director and ensuring our office is presentable.

About you administrative experience is essential. High aptitude with MYOB and Microsoft Office suite is essential. Ability to work under pressure by multi-tasking in a fast-paced working environment driven by deadlines. Effective time management skills. An enthusiastic and friendly personality. Displays a high level of customer service with clients, team members and third parties.

High attention to detail a team player with the ability to work independently. Consistently displaying integrity through honest and reliable actions, earning the trust of peers and clients. A problem-solver with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Experience in either the construction or FMCG industry is desirable. Experience with Cheops, Coins and MYOB Advanced is desirable.
