Office Administrator Build2 Pty Ltd location Melbourne.

Currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator for a small building and construction company to ensure the smooth running of the office and operations. As the office all-rounder, you'll be an integral member of the team and the heart of operations. This is a Part-Time role, working 10-12 hours per week.

About the role this is a dynamic role that embraces all aspects of administration in a business process including office administration/management, payroll management, facilities management and accounts billings.

Reporting to the Directors your responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining the presentation of office, Liaising with external suppliers, Accounts receivable, Process timesheets and payroll. Managing and reconciling accounts and invoicing - experience with XERO is preferred. Ordering and maintaining office supplies.

Communicating with the management team to handle their requests and queries. Assisting the Directors with business initiatives and tenders. General administration duties such as filing and banking. Ability to comprehend/interpret building constuction plans desirable but not essential. Managing the social media would be an absolute bonus.
