Office Administrator Rimex Wheel Pty Ltd location Mackay and Coalfields.

Rimex Wheel Pty Ltd is the world's leading customer Manufacturer of earthmover wheels and rims, with branches throughout Australia and worldwide in the major mining areas. We currently have a full time position available for an immediate start at our Mackay Branch. Duties include reception, records management, processing customer orders, filing, maintaining various registers, inventory control, arranging freight and other tasks as directed.

The applicant must possess a strong customer focus ethos, have effective phone, written and verbal communication skills and be able to manage multiple tasks in a timely manner to meet internal and external customer needs.

This is a diverse role where in addition to administration duties you will also be required to work in the stores where you will need to possess the following skills good written documentation skills and accuracy of information.

Planning organisation and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, oral and written. Very high attention to detail. Previous Stores Roles experience desirable, punctuality. Able to work within a team environment. A can do attitude.

Essential you must possess a high level of attention to detail with previous office experience along with an intermediate level of MS Office, Outlook, Word and Excel is required.
