Office Administrator Sydney Solvents location Sydney, Parramatta & Western Suburbs. Salary $40,000 - $59,999. Sydney Solvents is a family owned business with over 20 years experience. We specialise in solvents and cleaning products across Australia. We are currently looking for an admin employee to join our team. Hours would be Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:00pm, Friday 7:30am to 2:00pm or Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am to 2:30pm. This job would be most suited to someone who is a self-starter who can multitask and wants the opportunity to work in a friendly office. This would be the perfect opportunity for someone who is great at administration work and would like the opportunity to grow in other areas. Job tasks and responsibilities attending to emails, phone calls and walk-ins sales, be flexible in assisting the office duties, first point of contact for customers e.g. phone calls, walk-in sales, online, etc, monitoring and responding to emails in a timely manner, answering incoming calls, using and responding to online chats, using account system myob, using ecommerce platform and monitoring sales channels e.g. neto, ebay, amazon, catch. Promoting and strengthen business growth and opportunities preparing supplier invoices for accounts payable, getting orders ready, organising couriers, product ordering from suppliers, filing. Skills and experience lovely phone manner, strong computer skills is essential, interest in ecommerce, no experience required, but the right attitude is a must, team player, whose happy to help out and ability to show initiative, ability to work independently in a small office, administration skills in myob is an advantage but not essential, police check pass is also required.
