Office Administrator Saint Paul's Catholic School location Tasman.

Saint Paul’s Catholic School is seeking a suitably qualified professional to join our school community as a member of our Office Administration team. This is a permanent part time position working 30 hours per week, school term time only. Some additional term time and school holiday hours will be required from time to time to provide backup for others and ensure coverage over key periods.  We would consider a job share arrangement for suitable applicant/s.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following excellent administrative and reception skills. Provide reception and attendance duties. Assist with other improvement projects and events as required. Proficient with systems and processes and MS Office. High level of experience in payroll & Xero. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Support the principal. HR support, Experience in a school environment ideal.
