Office Administrator Solar Engineering location Melbourne. Salary $50,000 - $64,999.

Solar Engineering is a solar and electrical company specialising in residential and commercial solar power installations throughout VIC, QLD and NSW. Now we are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our expanding team. The successful applicant will play a key role in the daily office administrative areas of our company. This position would suit a person that is heavily customer service orientated, intelligent, friendly, enjoys diverse tasks, can work alongside our current team and can also work unsupervised at times. An applicant with exceptional attention to detail and an ability to learn things quick is what we require. We are the best, so we want the best.

Key responsibilities will include the following general office administration duties. Providing support to our customers from their initial enquiry to providing the customer the finished product. Liaising with installers and sales representatives in relation to each solar job. Making sure the entire team are following our customer service and support protocols and providing an exceptional customer service experience. Handling inbound telephone enquiries etc. Looking after warranty and service issues. Provide clients or potential clients with outstanding customer service.

To be considered for this position, you should have the following expertise problem solving, decision making, attention to detail and organisational skills. Extensive experience in solar industry. Extensive Experience in customer service. Excellent telephone manner. Comprehensive understanding of customer relations and communications initiatives. Outstanding written & verbal skills – able to document & present information in a clear & concise way. Results driven with an ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple projects. Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent relationship building skills.
