Office Administrator Matthews Plumbing and Gasfitting Limited location Auckland. $25 – $35 per hour.

We are seeking an Office Administrator who is friendly, has great initiative, able to work alone but also in a team environment, has great attention to detail and is able to help run the office in our family owned Plumbing and Gasfitting business in Hobsonville.

At Matthews Plumbing and Gasfitting Ltd, we specialise in all Plumbing and Gasfitting services - from small dripping taps to new builds and everything in-between. The office hours are Monday-Thursday 7.30am to 5pm and Friday's 7.30am-4pm.  Our Administrator who has been off on maternity leave has decided to stay home with her bubs which means this is a fulltime permanent position.

Example of what this role includes carry out administrative duties. Entering jobs, invoices/quotes in Fergus Software Management or Xero.  Process End of Months. Produce reports from Xero and Fergus. Co-ordinate and minute toolbox/Health and Safety meetings. General Office Cleaning Duties and Coffee Making for clients. Management of Fleet Vehicles.

Management of the social media accounts. Regularly review and implement changes to various forms/process of documentation. Coordinate the tool register in workshop. Coordinate office personnel work activities in line with strategic business goals. Coordinate, plan and execute workflow activities. Project administration for Matthews Plumbing and Gasfitting LTD. Provide assistance in Office Manager and Director.

Do you have experience as an Administrator (2+ years). Experience with Xero Accounting Software. Excellent verbal and written communication. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Social Media/Marketing. Current NZ Drivers License.
