Office Administrator Avondale Intermediate School location Auckland.

Avondale Intermediate School is seeking a fixed term office administrator to join our team to cover parental leave. As well as reception duties this role will provide support with attendance and enrolment. This position will be provided with the relevant on the job training/support.

Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills are imperative. Due to the nature of this role attention to detail, tact, diplomacy and discretion are essential. You will enjoy working with a high level of professionalism and initiative, always displaying a positive can-do attitude.

An understanding of Office 365 would be advantageous. This is a fixed term position for 26 weeks of the year, 37.5 hours per week. Remuneration will be paid in accordance with the Support Staff in School's Collective Agreement. You must have the right to live and work in New Zealand to apply for this position. Start date Mid-term 2, 2023.
